Will anyone actually win a lawsuit using the anti-CRT law proposed in Florida?

In the land of Zimmerman? And DeSantis? Wouldn't be shocked if a not-so-talented lawyer convinced a jury of Florida Men to find in favor of a racist defendant.

Personally, I want to see the case where someone uses CRT to reflect the things that make black children feel sad. Like those "red flags" that LL Cool J was so willing to forgive. I don't necessarily expect a "win", but curious about the contortions that the other side would need to do, to rebut the arguments.

This is America and it's Florida so I wouldn't put it past them. This country is always supporting white folks' right to be as white as possible. They were down with segregation, lynching, Jim Crow, etc. As Nicole Hannah Jones stated, "White people make up less than half of the public school attendees but have an outsized voice" in this "debate" about CRT. I put nothing past them.
