Pace has made many blunders- White, Trubisky, Floyd, Sheehan, trading Robbie Gould, keeping Danny Trevathan, Jimmy Graham and while he could have kept Fuller and won a few mor games and there’s more….
    Lots of mistakes here.

George Halas has to be turning over in his grave the way his daughter and grandson are operating this team it’s just flat out stupidity. That’s all I can say.

I have absolutely no confidence in the Bear ownership to make the correct decision. If they keep Pace nothing changes. Until they officially fire Nagy I am worried they may bring him back. I am a life long Bear fan and it’s brutal following this joke of a team

    I have had enough

The McCaskey 's have destroyed the bears starting with Michael claiming he won the super bowl to George who should have stayed in the ticket booth, it's all about money to the McCaskey not winning football game. No matter how bad the bears play the McCaskey 's get their money through the season ticket holders and TV they have made bad decisions over and over again. They will keep Pace so he can make more block head decisions, Ted Philips will keep telling the McCaskey 's how important he is and all's well that ends well and we as fans suffer through poor ownership with no brains

Given the Bears clueless ownership, I would not be surprised one bit, if after losing to the Vikings 31-17 and blowing the lead they had at half time, in their final 2021 game.........That the Bears KEEP BOTH Nagy and Pace and resign them to long term contracts........after all it is a nice "culture"

MLB R. Smith. RBI’s D. Montgomery. K Herbert. CB. J. Johnson. Do. B. Nichols. Qb. J.fields. And maybe 2 young good offensive tackles. Time will tell. I think he has done as well as any other gyms in nfl. He could do better with the cap. He was a rookie gm. Like any rookies in the nfl. It takes time to get better. He did not make or run the offense on this team. That falls on the head coach Matt Nagy was hired to fix this offense. he could not do it and that is why he should be replaced. I think pace should stay as Gm.

The Chicago Bears Management by far is the worst in the NFL. Nagy and Pace should have never been hired from the starts. Nagy doesn't know football and Pace doesn't know how to pick a draft pick at all. Both are absolutely garbage. I have never seen an organization that has gone through at least 20 quarterbacks since Jim McMahon. They manage their organization like a pop warner football team. They need to Mike Shanahan as the GM/Head Coach. This guy knows how to win and get teams to the Superbowl. Take Notes McCaskeys!

McCaskey doesn't know much about football, so he will keep Pace.
Chicago fans deserve their FB team being owned by people who KNOW football. Sell the Bears to someone who knows how to win football games.

If the Bears want to keep Pace, just don't go see them. Let the owner pay him out of his pocket, not the fans' pockets. You're rewarding failure by buying tickets to see a crappy team.

It's been said, why would you keep him. Losers shouldn't be rewarded

His record and track record are worse than Nagy's record. Quite frankly, if anyone deserves to be fired it is Pace. Only the Bears would reward someone with his record by promoting him. If George wants to keep Pace (and/or Nagy) because he/they are nice guy(s), it is his prerogative since it is his team. But George should tell the fans that winning is not important instead of pretending that beating Green Bay and winning the division are important so we know the organization's priorities and how it wishes to conduct its business and we can choose what we want to do. I also do not know how George and Ted can face the media with their proclamations after last season and state with straight faces that there was improvement or progress. I keep hoping that, one of these years, George will do what he should do, even if it is a hard decision. If he likes Ryan so much, he can retain him in a non-football decision-making capacity.

If I was Bears ownership, I would be pi**** off at just the money he has thrown away at the quarterback spot. One example is Mike Glennon. $18,000,000 for 4 games. Not to mention the number of #1 draft picks he has given up. Another example is Mitch Trubisky. Get rid of him and don't look back!!!!!!! You are not going to attract any genuine head coaching or general manager candidates if they would have to report to him. This whole thing is nothing but a gigantic cluster f***.
