Ryan Hagan (Liverpool) - He pushed the State Leading time in the 3200m down by five seconds, ranking him in the Top 10 Nationally as well, with his 9:11.37 mark.
Saratoga Springs Girls - The girls ran to a new US leader in the 4x800m when they clocked 9:16.07 at Utica, holding out some of their top legs.
Ryan John (Valley Stream North) - The Long Island Jumper reaffirmed his status as the best combined jumper in the State, hitting marks of 47-0.5 in the TJ and 22-9.25 in the LJ, both State Leaders.
Angelina Napoleon (Allegany-Limestone) - XC State Champion… and High Jumper? The reigning Class C Champ for Cross Country leapt to a 5-6 State Leader over the weekend.
Daphne Banino (Ursuline) - The first New York athlete under 2:55 this year for 1000m, Banino ran 2:54.52 to win the County Champs.
Kate Putman (CNS) - Her seasonal debut at the 3000m distance saw the Junior drop a 9:45.62. The mark is a 10-second improvement off her freshman PR, and US #2.
Cornwall Boys - Their 4x200m made a thrilling comeback at New Balance, to not only win the meet, but also set a new State Leader at 1:30.20
Liam Going (Chaminade) - He dropped a new State Leader in the 1000m at the New Balance Games, first under 2:30 this Season, with his 2:29.99 performance.
