I voted B based on the decision; but, reality is the decision is really an I with a grade each season as the team improves or regresses.

Given the candidates available, he was the right choice. I lived in Philadelphia when the Eagles won the Super Bowl. The players loved Doug Pederson, right to the end. Carson Wentz cost him his job, and his teammates hated Carson Wentz. If anyone can get the best out of Trevor Lawrence in his second season, it's Pederson. In Wentz' second season, he was having an MVP season until he got hurt -- and never (still hasn't) recovered from that injury. Things could turn out a lot better here. An NFL franchise can turn around really quickly, if they have the right quarterback. The Bengals were the worst team in the league two years ago.
