Excellent choice, the question is why are we even having this question when so many much less qualified applicants are being handed HC jobs as well as coodinator jobs... Mr. Caldwell resume speaks for itself and it's time for him to assume a coordinator position if not HC job.. Much less qualified applicants are being handed the keys to the organization so yes why not Mr. Caldwell who has the experience to be promoted.
