My grade was based on the fact that the head coach has a sterling record and I know he has the eye for talent in players and coaches. I am confident that the team will jell pretty quickly with a head coach that has been where they are today. To get the most from a player, you have to be able to put yourself in their place. Design the offense and defense to their strengths as a unit. Need to hear what the players are saying through their actions as well as their words. Stay loyal to the team,

It is too early to tell , but If you trust the coach then you must trust their hires. A layman opinion nor an arm chair quarterback carries a more weight then an experienced head coach. In my opinion judging form the speed and importance the coach put into QB development and offensive coaches so far is an a+. I do want to see how the offensive fills out and performs. The quality of your players and the way they perform for you will determine whether each individual hire is a success . That takes time.
I for one would rather start out as believing in them then to grade them any lower. I want them to think they are the best, I want the players to think they are the best, I want the fans to think they are the best until and if they prove they are not.
Optimism and winning is only way to wash away that Urban Meyer aftertaste.
