I swear, I never saw the knife any where near dude's throat! I thought this whole time (I am in the fourth episode now) that Laura had some kind of telepathic-firestarter power, just with her thoughts, she was able to cut his throat.....but this episode recap says she did it with the knife lodged in her hand, though I don't see how that is even physically possible...the pointed part of the blade was sticking out of the top of her left hand..and she would have had to awkwardly turn her non-domminant hand in a not-so-normal angle to slice his throat from right (her right) to left, which is how the gash appeared.....and I am telling you- my eyes never left the screen when he stabbed her hand and the very next clip is his throat opening on its own.......that's extraordinarily quick physical strength on her part, im just sayin'.....
