I think the whole Lambo story was blown out of proportion, I actually think they should have brought Urban back for a second chance and let him hire his own staff. I think Shad gave too much weight to players view, it would be one thing if they had talent and you were taking their view into consideration but the vast majority of the players on the Jaguars are marginal players at best and wouldn’t even be in the NFL if it weren’t for Jacksonville jaguars
As for the kicking situation I think they should cast the net wide and far in bringing as many people as they can and have a really good competition, they have to get this right.

He earned the shot to stay but kick offs almost never reached the end zone. Need more distance.

Guy did a great job coming into a tinder box. He was consistent at long range and with most of his attempt's.
