It appears Russia is escalating its attacks on civilian areas in Ukraine; more than 100 civilian deaths and 300 injuries has been reported. Thoughts?
It's one thing to attack strategic military targets, and a completely other thing to attack civilian populations. We need to get troops on the ground to repel Russia.
I think the U.S. and NATO are doing enough already — massive sanctions in place will force Russian to abandon its campaign soon enough without the U.S. sending in troops.
I don't think the U.S. is involved enough in this war — more sanctions will be necessary, even to the possible detriment of the U.S. economy, but that's better than sending in armed forces.
The U.S. is already too involved — this is an overseas affair, and we should focus more on domestic issues (plus, I'm tired of high gas prices, and U.S. sanctions could affect those).
I think the U.S. is backing the wrong country in this war.
This is not an issue I care about.
