Not only did we not overpay, we stole Russ from Seattle. People who think we gave up too much are nuts.

DangeRuss will be our QB for the next 8-10 years. Worth everything we gave up.

No way, love this trade. What's the point in drafting in the top 10 every year with bad QB play? That's what we've been doing the past 6 years.
These are the First round and second round draft picks after Manning signed with Broncos,
    2013: Sylvester Williams, Monte Ball
    2014: Bradley Roby, Cody Latimer
    2015: Shane Ray, Ty Sambrailo
    2016: Paxton Lynch, Adam Gotsis
These are the top 8 picks in 4 years, how many of them got a second contract here? So why wait, get your player right now, Broncos got a bargain here!

Great trade, franchise QB don’t become available ever and if they do you have to do whatever it takes to get one. Russell is that guy. Tons of picks still in the draft and tons of money for free agency is a win. If you really think it was an overpay please go be a Raider fan because you do not know anything about football.

we gave up our 9th pick this year and our second this year. We still have another second from the Rams trade. We gave up a first and second next year. Russell Wilson has the ability to play for another 7-1o years. great trade value. We gave up a TE that in some respects was a bust and Albright was the better TE. We gave up Lock who has
multiple chances to show the broncos he was "the Guy." I will miss Harris but he was an aging star to us he was great for batting balls out of the air.

They gave way to much for him...Russell was a great player but has aged and now a good player..hope the move will rejuvenate his abilities but the Broncos seemed to have sold the farm with 2 number 1 picks and as well number 2's..don't feel that will be good ????

Are you kidding me?!?! Hoy @##!... the Broncos seriously overpaid for this guy who is on the beginning stages of his steep decline! Did you not see how many picks and how many poorly thrown balls this guy has made over the last two seasons?! Wow... thy shyster seahags are made up of two complete frauds - Pete Carroll and the BIGGEST fraud GM in the NFL, John Schneider... these two frauds just fleeced the Broncos!!! TWO FIRST-ROUNDERS AND TWO SECOND-ROUNDERS... AND A FIFTH-ROUNDER?!?! AND THREE PLAYERS - TWO OF WHICH ARE DECENT PLAYERS?!?! WOW!!!! Oh, man... I hate to tell you Broncos fans but this guy has one to two years tops, of decent - decent play left!

Those complete frauds Carroll and Schneider... got away with a crime!

NOOOOOOOO!!! It was well worth it. Elway and Ellis had run this team into the ground, and the Donks needed a huge uplift delivered by Sir Paton. Things are beginning to turn around in Broncos Country...like draft picks that are turning out as winners, trades that make absolute sense (like getting rid of Drew Lock, acquiring Russell Wilson, possibly resigning Von Miller), and people leaving the organization (like Elway getting out of the picture....what a worthless GM). I'm now a reborn Broncos fan.......and LOVE 'EM!
