The next step is making abortion illegal country-wide, either judicially or through the legislature.
This is a travesty — Congress must codify abortion rights into law.
It's clear the Supreme Court has become too politicized. We must expand the court or enact term limits so future radical rulings are mitigated.
I don't think anything else needs to happen — the power to determine abortion legality is back to the states, as it should be.
