Should the Chiefs sign LT Orlando Brown Jr. to a long-term deal?

We have some options already on the roster plus we could move up and draft one and let him develop while Brown is on the the Franchise Tag. OR Move him to RT. OR franchise him then trade him. If he plays well in the SB and we win, the Chiefs will probably give him a long term deal. But if he gets "lit up" like I think he will, then tag him & trade him. He is the one that allowed the hit on Mahomes against Jacksonville and has given up the 5 most pressures and hits on a QB this season, He is not even a top 10 LT. Too slow to the outside.

Orlando should have taken the Chiefs' offer. His play this year shows that Brett's offer was actually over paying him. Not sure of the exact stats, but Orlando is in the top 5 in QB pressure given up. Doesn't sound like the top LT in the League. Brett should offer what Orlando is making this year. $16 million per year not the $20 million Orlando wants.

See what we have in our late round Pick out of Kentucky, and see if he can play Left Tackle so have Orlando play on the franchise Tag and at the end of the year, do the end of the year evaluations on players like the Coaching Staff does, and see if he can replace Orlando and let Orlando walk then go after more help on the DL cause then it will allow us to get a dominant DL and allow us to have vets at WR and have good DBs in place, and then we can have the dynasty we are wanting

16 + millions on franchise tag should be Happy with or sign a reasonable amount.
