I love this show and have told many people about it, and they have enjoyed it as much as I have! Looking forward to the new season. Having Jack as the daddy of Mel's baby was great! Beautiful couple, and hot chemistry. I hope they show more of that this season. Curious about who the daddy is of the twins??? One of Jacks friends or Maybe artificial insemination? I really enjoy the police officer, I hope they have him play a bigger part this season. He needs a love interest.
I really hope the writers don't go left on this show. I hope they keep woke politics out of it. I don't want to stop watching it.

Well I love ❤️ the show all from Season 1 to Season 4.I love ???? that Jack and Mel met they have a chemistry that is out this ???? world ,she been through a lot of hurt and he (Jack) have to. I was glad her baby was Jack. Now for Char I didn’t like that she proceeded so long knowing that her twins was not Jack.He always been honest with her,why she was not with him,if she claims she love him,why she did him like this.that’s not love ❤️ she did it to hurt him and Mel.but I love all the characters..can’t wait for season 5 where Mel and Jack get marry and start their family and Char twins dad is I think it could be one of Jack friend Brady of the police’s man don’t know but I believe it out of one of them

I started out loving the show but now in season 4 I am finding I'm tired of listening to Mel & Jack always saying "I'm sorry" to each other. To many apologies in the whole series.

I love the show and all the characters. But while previous seasons moved slow, they had rhythm and sophistication. This season was a bit silly/immature... on the writers part. Every time that Preacher had a "moment" with Julia, there was a sudden appearance of Christopher or Paige... like nothing happened all season and then boom. All of sudden their back in the mix. The twists in the finale were too many and should have, in my opinion, been spread out over season 4. And ya... as some mentioned, some things are just dragging on too much.
I also wish they would release seasons 2 times a year as opposed to stretching a whole year between seasons.

Thoroughly enjoyed Season 4 & anxiously await the 2023 arrival of Season 5 - Mel & Jacks wedding, arrival of their baby girl & learning the identity of the father of Char’s twins. I love all the actors/actresses in the show & feel the unity of the town spirit & the flow of different individuals. Mel & Jack expressing more of their love & feelings for each other & Doc & Hope, still in love, working through her memory issues together. The whole series has been very well done & appreciate all the hard work & dedication that goes into these episodes. I await seeing how someone can get rid of Nicks sister, Melissa, who is trying to screw up Bradys life again, how the Preacher triangle works out etc. So much to come!!!

It would be a better show if they actually cared about continuity.

I like the show but it moves way too slow. It will probably be season 9 by the time Charmaine’s babies are born. It will be season 15 by the time Mel has hers. I wish the writers would move things along and make it more realistic. I watch it cause I love the scenery, it’s beautiful there.

Community equals unity. Good to know Mel & Jack will have a true new beginning. All around. I’ve had a stillborn baby and the father, also the only man I’ve ever married, died unexpectedly in a car accident 10 days before Christmas a few years later. Grief is truly processed differently for everyone. Just bc you fail, and sometimes you will over and over, doesn’t mean you give up, unless you do. It’s nice to see the storyline of the characters portraying flaws, (bc we all have them) forgiveness and perseverance.

Even though l watch Virgin River, there are things that bug me about the storyline. It would be fine to write Jack and Hope out of the storyline as far as l am concerned. They are both energy drainers..and only a man with no self respect would tolerate 20 yrs of emotional badgering over one episode of marital straying like they depict in the first season btn the doc and Hope...that is an unreasonable bizarre relationship to buy into. Jack doesn't really seem to be "present" half the time with Mel and then tries to make up for it with " special " treats....and since seeing the lnstagram pictures of him dating a 17 yr old in real life just leaves a bad taste in my mouth everytime l see him on screen. One other thing: no doctor worth their salt could or would run his medical practice entirely on his own with no staff whatsoever ( like he supposedly did for 20+ yrs before Mel came along) ..that is just too much to accept in the storyline...sometimes the scenery and music helps me ignore the glaring flaws in the writing/casting
