I have to laugh at blacksmith being good at catering to dieter needs! The own was ignorant when asked if the bread could be left out of a menu item. And she specified that the menu is made to be order how they designed it not to be altered! And to go to a salad place if i can't eat gluten. Very rude and ignorant ppl!
