In light of the Kennedy v. Bremerton School District SCOTUS ruling, what are your thoughts on prayer in public schools?
I don't think it should be allowed, either in the classroom or on a sports field — it can isolate and humiliate students who have different beliefs
I think every school day should start with prayer, and students can pray in their own ways (or just silently meditate)
I think it's OK to teach about prayer in various religions, but leading students in prayer goes too far
If a district is going to hold prayer, it must actively represent all types of religions — it can't just be Christian-dominated and let every one else do their own thing
I think participating in the National Day of Prayer is appropriate — no need to lead students in prayer every day.
This is not an issue I care about
