    Legalize marijuana and cut into the cartels. Until you eradicate them, no security will be good enough. The cartel are evil cruel people who have no value for life. I believe you should hire more military, train them properly at government expense, pay them decent wages.

    What is working is cartels slowing the murders of civilians not the government program. So I'm scheptical the gov is responsible for this.

    The overall information is misleading the statistics (as always the Goverments shows).
    Show the same nformation State by State..
    Is the only way to confirm the Goverment only number.

    I live in San Miguel de Allende. This year there were, to my knowledge, 4 murders in centro; many people grabbing purses, can't drive while feeling secure anymore to Queretaro and Celaya (just 1/2 hour - due to robberies, etc. I do not feel save here now. I feel the numbers 'could be' skewed.
