Notre Dames helmet is much more than a plain Gold helmet, if you look closely you will see iconic, traditional, pride sprinkled with Gold glitter on the side. Look closely and a fighting Irish will appear. Unlike the other We don’t need a spear!

Maybe however some FSU fans found out about said article about repeat voting and turned the tables on that independent beat writer who happens to be an Irish fan.

I like gold colored helmets but gold is not the sole property of one football team. I suggest that Notre Dame ad an icon such as the Fighting Irishman to its gold helmet.
