It was perfect!!! I absolutely loved it. If I could give it 10 out 5 stars I would. H.E.R. has a beautiful voice, I loved Shania Twain sing. Lumiere and Cogsworth were so funny. Loved Gaston and Le Fou sing Gaston. Litte chip was too cute. Loved the last performance. Loved seeing so many different people and body shapes. Love Disney for that. The performances were great. I hope Aladdin gets one too.

The terrible Foley ruined the whole experience. The interspersed history lessons stop the progress of the show. I wanted to love this so much but I was so disapointed.

I thought the entire show was well produced. HOWEVER, The live singing by the main characters (except Gaston) was drowned out by the too loud music. The original animated movie did not have this occur.

I loved the cast walking thru the theme park, with fans cheering them on. That was only momentary but could have been utilized other times so there would have been more continuity. I felt much of it was disjointed. And what happened to the storyline of the rose hanging on to its last petal?
The storyboard section was a little boring, and I’m a big fan of storyboards. The intermittent clips were the original voice actors was fine but it was presented disjointedly also. The costumes and sets were touted as spectacular but I really didn’t notice them. And the Beast costume wasn’t enjoyable.
I’ll tell you what I thought the highlight of the show was-Gaston! What a voice! I don’t get to Broadway theatre and never saw him before but I will definitely follow him from now on. I read he is a compadre of Lin Manuel so I know he is a incredibly talent.
It seemed like an expensive foray into broadcasting old clips, rushed live performances and stale information.

Not impressed at all. If I wanted to watch the animated version (which I love), I would have just turned on Disney. Way too little of live action. The only positive takeaway was hearing Josh Groban sing.

The production was just awful. I know how hard everyone worked on it...however...it was disjointed, the costumes were absolutely horrendous (think of the money spent and what they could have been!!!) It just didn't work!
Sorry...

"THE BEAST" ! IT LOOKED LIKE HE BELONGED ON STAR WARS... DID NOT GIVE ME THE IMPRESSION OF A BEAST ! BUT A MECHANICAL ROBOT THAT BELONGED IN OUT OF SPACE MOVIE (BAD TASTE).
H.E.R SHOULD HAVE NOT PERFORMED AT THE END.

Am I clear enough?
These production companies need to STOP STOP STOP adding these concepts to the original and AMAZING cartoons. They take away the magic.

first, the fragmented timeline going back to the animated version made me dizzy
second, i felt like 70 percent of it was done on the cheap by showing vault videos
third, shania was always my favorite but due to her illness she really should not be singing, her agent should
not let her be this shell of herself
fourth the sound was lousy, maybe it was my cable or my tv but some of the singing sounded like it was
far away
fifth the live performance i have seen many times at disneyworld was 20 times better than what i saw last night
thanks!

It was okay. Wished there was more theatrical action. The Beast and Belle should have danced instead of showing the animation. I did not care for Shania Twain as Mrs Potts. Did not like the dumb ending when H.E.R. played a guitar and looked like Axel Rose. Josh Groban was amazing as the Beast and I loved! That the Beast's song taken out by Disney was added back. I thought Martin Short as Lumiere was wonderful and he was perfect for the role. The actor who played Gaston was amazingly good. Another perfect actor for the role. All in all it was just okay though due to too much animation.

I loved the show. All the singing was wonderful. I loved the choreography and the mix of animation and live action. I enjoyed it immensely.
