In light of Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin going into cardiac arrest after a routine tackle, what are your thoughts about football and player safety?
I've long believed that football is far too dangerous a sport, especially for young kids and adults. It should become a thing of the past.
Professional football players are some of the best-paid athletes in the world. They know what they're getting into, and they can afford to do it.
I love football, but that doesn't mean it can't improve; players need to be regularly screened for traumatic brain injuries and cardio issues.
The NFL can't just focus on athletes while they're playing — they need to take care of retired athletes as well.
This isn't an issue I care about.
