Schools are suing social media companies for how they contribute to the youth mental health crisis. What are your thoughts on the dangers of social media?
I don't think social media is dangerous, so long as parents are paying attention and kids are only using social media moderately.
I am very worried about how social media is affecting my child(ren), so I try to impose strict limits on what they can do online/how much time they spend on it.
I think social media can be harmful, but kids need to learn through experience how to handle themselves and what they do online
I feel social media has negatively affected by kid(s), but I don't know how/don't have the resources to help them
Suing social media companies and imposing some sort of systemic guardrails is a good first step, but the only way to make meaningful change is at the community level.
This is not an issue I care about.
