Antonio Brown. We need a coach who takes his shirt off when he gets mad.

No Way Saturday should be considered!! I'm sorry, but I loved him as a player. He's way out of his depths as HC. I just don't understand why people are saying he would be a honest and loyal HC. I don't recall the Colts ever having a dishonest HC or a HC who wasn't loyal since as long as I can remember. Saturday needs to earn the HC job just cause he filled in for 7 games doesn't give him the necessary experience to actually know what's needed to build a staff capable of a championship caliber football. He should look for a O-line coaching position or some other positions coach opening and put in the hard work like these other guys have put in, cause all of them are way more experienced at coaching NFL players than him. He was clueless at making adjustments and was clearly out coached most of the time and as of now has ZERO business even trying to get the job after the embarrassing final 6 games even managing to take the record for giving up the largest come back in NFL history!! People wake up Saturday isn't even close to being on the same level as everyone else on the list. Seriously ????

I thought Eric Bieniemy was a finalist, also. Plus, he has the connection with the GM from their KC days together.

Anyone EXCEPT Saturday. He doesn’t know anything about coaching, is a walking disaster, and a loser. This team deserves a winner. Not Irsay’s little buddy who had his chance and lost.

I'd love to vote, but no names appear by the little click bullets. Jeff Saturday is my 1st choice. Let him motivate and hold accountable the players and bring in his own staff and assistants. He volunteered to be flung into the fire and he deserves a real chance to prove himself ... even if ALL the media seems to be against him.

The Colts need to hire an offensive coordinator, Steichen or Callahan. That is our greatest need.

The Colts should hire Steichen or Callahan. We need a young offensive mind to properly groom our 1st Round QB pick. Just take a look at the successful teams in the NFL right now (Eagles, Bengals, Dolphins, Niners, etc.) What they all have in common is a young, innovative offensive-minded HC that knows how to build rosters and win. If Irsay is so enamored with Jeff Saturday ask him to stay on as an offensive line coach.

STechein or Callahan but what must happen is great improvement on OL or it won't matter

Jeff Saturday deserves this job at this time. He is an awesome individual who stepped up when someone was desperately needed to fill in after the previous coach was terminated. He is a quality individual that fits the Colts legacy of hiring people of outstanding character, he is loyal, loyal, loyal, (I am certain he bleeds Colts Blue), he inspires and is appreciated by the players, and he has the knowledge and energy required to do the job. Other prospects may also deserve an opportunity but not more than Jeff, not at this time.

Jeff Saturday now has coaching experience and, I might add, experience gained under duress. Last year he was short-handed on coaches, quarterbacks and experience. Injuries to key personnel, while common for all teams, hit the Colts especially hard.

Jeff Saturday! Even though 4,000 signatures against him, that still leaves A LOT of COLTS fans for him! Why wasn't there a survey taken of those fans who wanted to keep Jeff?? I think he definitely would make an honest COLTS coach and give it his all - don't judge him on 7 games taking over players who were the real reason for those losses.

Love what Jeff Saturday has done for the organization but Colts need someone to coach up QB's and offense. Defense is solid when playing hard with energy/enthusiasm

Be realistic. The main past weakness has been a head coach mired in outdated offensive schemes with over the hill QBs.. Hire a modern day OC as head coach and give him a modern QB.
