The Steelers have needs in the OL, DL, linebackers and secondary. There should be a quality player available at 17 that can become a starter. The Steelers have flexibility because they have the 32nd pick also. If the Steelers were ever going to fill some holes and become a playoff team this is the year and the draft to do it.

This particular draft is deep at many positions of need for the Steelers. They could trade down 1 or 2 spots pick up an additional pick still get a quality player. They also have no 6th or 7th rd pick. There are many players in the 5 rd that truly can come in and help this team win now. Steelers have many holes to fill so we’re having them as many additional pics as possible would be beneficial and cost-effective. Imagine 2/ 3rd round picks or 3 /2nd round picks.
