I watched the entire series, and this was the worst sendoff. No respect for what she's done for the hospital, in a jacket as she's walking out the door! No flashbacks! When Nick tells her what she wants to hear, she acts like a child and says she can't hear him!
Ridiculous. She could have talked to him, and still left their relationship a question if he would move to be with her. Otherwise, why title the episode the way you did?

Worst sendoff ever. A toast in the lobby on her way out? She worked there for decades. No friends at the airport? They should have had a parade Never watching again. As bad as the way they ruined Alex’s exit like he would have abandoned Jo by letter ! Someone should be fired.

That episode was my 13th reason to stop watching. No flashbacks, very subtle blink and you missed it hints of nostalgia. Jackson came back and he got two episodes to say goodbye, Alex left in a letter and had a better goodbye. I would’ve been happier if they ended the series with the house burning down. And the fact that Teddy tried to take credit for Christina’s success made me LIVID! She did the bare minimum to tech her, refused to teach her half the time and treated her like garbage!
