I'm in cross country, and we run at least 5 miles a day, so it's obvious which one I would rather do. XD

There is nothing good about working too many hours! You lose productivity, creativity and time to 'just be'. Running, on the other hand, gives you a powerful feeling of 'look a what I did!' - and I am not a runner! But I would give that a shot any day over working late. (plus, I am not an hourly worker so money would not even be involved!)
