The overall content was excellent in showing how we struggle with ourselves to deal with all kinds of relationships because of past hurts, abuse, abandonment and rejection issues. Kerry Washington and Lindo played their parts excellently. Their characters showed that the child in each one of us is always trying to find acceptance and freedom to be who we were created to be despite their many trials. However those trials helped to shape who they really were meant to be. Pain does produce purpose.I hope there is a season 2.
