Two most recent conferences I attended were mainly "RPA/AI" speakers with nothing tangible, just where ChatGPT is taking us, could have got most of this same information from a TEDTalk.

After many years of HIMSS, I had gotten used to it being a place to be seen (as opposed to actually productive). I was then pleasantly surprised by some of the smaller conferences, organized by more focused professional societies. Smaller attendance, more relevant content, and better opportunities to actually connect with people with similar professional interests.
