Less than 10% in the past 12-mos or so. Meaning, I have about a 90% or higher retention rate.
Less than 5% in the past 12-mos or so. Meaning, I have about a 95% or higher retention rate.
Less than 3% in the past 12-mos or so. Meaning, I have about a 97% or higher retention rate.
More than 10% in the past 12-mos or so. Meaning, I have about an 85%-90% retention rate.
