    Got a text reminder for my annual eye exam. My doc had merged with a larger group a few years ago. He is retiring a few days after my upcoming visit. The text had a link to click to do Patient information.
    I clicked and started filling out screens of info. About 9 screens worth, including the need to enter Patient First/last over and over, I just closed the browser.
    Way too complicated to do on my phone

    major medical event in past 2 months. 9 specialists-7 of whom are on same EHR instance. 9 sets of paperwork as new patient despite my being very engaged in portal to update and revise history, meds etc that present to each office. exhausting to coordinate.
