When I listened to the show I had no sense of who I thought had the best draft as each had picks that I loved & then picks that lost me…(being a NY Jets fan, I’m used to this)…scrolling through right now, I feel the same, mixed bag for all, none with what the NFL would deem “a strong draft” (me being the NFL in this case)…which leaves me with this approach; who picked the best player in the draft…or in this case, best film of ‘93?
For my $ & my favorite (yes, favorite…like Favre, maybe not the best but Man did I love watching him play!) I gotta go with “Dazed and Confused” & G.M. Sam Van Hallgren~

I voted for Josh because his picks, particularly the pick for Poetic Justice which pleasantly surprised me, were just overall more appealing to me. With that said...
Quite disappointed at the, quite frankly, rather stuck up and elitist snubbing of Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park. I don't think it would be considered pandering to pick it. Let's give the film credit for its place in film history. Aside from just being a great and very entertaining film in its own right, it, for better or worse and I think mostly better, took the world of cinema, and by extension TV, special effects to it's next evolutionary level and for that alone the film deserves more respect than you three were giving it.
Still love you guys but that just didn't feel right.
Shame it is in the draft that will be forever remembered for SHUNNING STEVEN SPIELBERG.

What did Steven Spielberg do to you guys? I was floored that the obvious 1-1 pick was dismissed out of hand before the draft even started. All points to Josh for picking the second best populist masterpiece of 1993 with the first pick.

It’s finally Sam’s time to shine.
