I fell in love with VR from day one but it is about time for some happiness for Jack and Mel. Preacher and Kaia didn't impress me at all. Lizzy hopefully is not pregnant. That means possibly Denny and maybe Ricky's futures are ruined because she forgot to take her birth control pill. It is time for Charmaine to go to Oregon. I hope VR continues until Jack and Mel gets married, at least adopt a child and get their dream home ????
Loved this season so much. I personally didnt care for Kaia and Preacher's scenes , just because he worked so hard to free Paige and then he kind of jumped from one relationship to another. 3 different women in 5 season...meh. The scene where Connie says she doesn't recognize herself in the mirror at times due to how fast the years went by, and Hope kind of says that everybody is young, but not everybody grows old was so deeeeeep. And of course wow those plot twists and turns were whew! So out there! I just saw the trailer for the Holiday episodes and my heart was so happy. I cannot wait! *****SPOILER ALERT***** I hope we've already been introduced to Mel's father. I'm just going to take a wild guess and say it's Chuck lol.
I think that already Mel miscarried she still should be pregnant because her egg split so she was pregnant with twins. She really deserves happiness her and Jack and a child would definitely increase their love. I really love this show and the characters.

The tragedy that Mel and Jack experienced was very relatable. Women who struggle with infertility and the fear that comes with trying again, and the new pain of a dream dying is real! I love what they are doing with Virgin River- the grace and love between Mel and Jack is so sweet and tender and a reflection of a healthy relationship between two characters who doesn’t let the unpredictability of life scar what they have.
Just continue writing the story line the way you have been going… it’s great story and I love it
The inability for Mel and Jack to be happy went too far. Too much drama with sadness and breakups has become very unrealistic. It’s one thing to have issues in a relationship and stay together through it, and another to split apart like Brie and Brady. The miscarriage was a big let down for the show. Didn’t like Paige and Preacher together so no loss there. It’s time to see Mel and Jack get married and build a family of their own. I would love to see some focus on Mel’s sister and her husband.

I was so excited and happy for my favorite couple. Just heard about the spoiler ( Mel’s 2nd maternal loss) I hadn’t even finished season 5. Now I don’t even watch anymore. First you ruin Paige and preachers relationship. Now you marr Jacks and Mel’s blessing. What’s next killing Brees and Brady’s budding romance. I’m through. Looking for another series.

Mel and Jack need some good things to happen in their future, Hopefuly the person who is Mel's bio dad ends up being a new character.
