I voted for customer convenience and accessibility but there should be more context. I would expect a poll of people outside Healthcare and Healthcare IT would have a different response. I don't believe that hospitals/clinics do a thorough job promoting patient portals or other tools available to patients. So yes, tech has helped these issues so it's not a tech problem. Today it's a business/process/education problem.

It seems there is very little tech that attempt to enhance patient quality or cost. RCM enhancement is a business issue that seems to be doing well but otherwise USA still has highest cost a lowest quality
