Trixie Carroll - Eastland High (Illinois) - Trixie is a sophomore and Also her second year as the starting outside for varsity. Being from a smaller 1A school, it's not always easy to recognized! Last year she completed the season with 347 kills, which was 2nd in our area for all grade levels and classes. She set a goal to hit over 400 this year and she passed that. She's had over 50 kills in each tourney played, all 5 games and the second to last, she ended with 76 kills and 25 digs in 5 games. She has been nominated for All-Tournament Team in every tournament as well that has one. One game was 22 kills alone. She has been playing club for a smaller club for 5 years and is currently switching to a bigger club to play elite. She is a very hard worker, very driven and a great leader on the court and always helping her teammates out.
Eva Jones - Hanahan High School(South Carolina) - Eva, a strong all around player Eva leads her team with communication and reading every serve and kill. Digs up multiple kills in a set, and has a Precision swing with her attack and when stepping in as setter works hard to set up her hitters to earn the kill for the win she leads with confidence and her voice.
Sophie Mentzer- Shalom Christian Academy (Pennsylvania)- Sophie continues to show up and support her team. This game was not the team’s best and they didn’t win, but Sophie’s determination to continue to go after the balls and support her team is amazing. She is not afraid to hit the floor for balls with 16 digs for 3 sets.
Jada Knight - Warren East (Kentucky) - Jada has dished out 39 assists, 6 digs, 2 blocks, and 3 serving aces in our first round of district tournament play on October 16th. October 17th district 15 championship match Jada totaled 3 kills, 1 block, 14 digs, and 40 assists.
Elyse Heffner - Central High School (Michigan) - They are amazing on and off the court. Great attitude and there to get the job done but also has fun.
Adrienne Greschaw - North Branch High School (Michigan) - Adrienne Greschaw, 4 year starting setter for North Branch High School, North Branch, Michigan, dished out 127 assists and finished the day with 4,342 career assists breaking the school record (4,332) set by Samantha Fish (current head coach at Southern Methodist University). Adrienne is now 8th all time in the state of Michigan in career assists. She broke the record during the semi-final match against Marian High School at the prestigious Beast of the East Tournament. Adrienne led North Branch to the 2021 state finals, the 2022 state championship title, and has North Branch currently ranked #1 in Div. II with a 41-4-1 record on the season.
