What is the primary reason you own or want to own a home?

Stability: live there as long as you choose, schools, establish community in the neighborhood, etc.
More choice: the rental market for townhouses and single-family homes is limited
Greater control/freedom: make your own decisions on improvements, maintenance, pets, etc.
Fulfill personal goal: homeownership is core to the American Dream
