What a foolish decision not to choose a consistently great singer/voice to the finals. The rest of John’s team were also great but, Kaylee Shimizu delivered during her every performances week after week. Many aspiring and professional singers could only wish to be blessed with a pipe like Kaylee. I’m a big fan of The Voice. IMO, John Legend dropped the ball by not picking one of thee voice that might possibly have given him another win.

I totally agree with David and Barb. I thought for sure he would choose Kaylee. Azan didn't do anything for me. Oh well.

Another great round of songs making John's decision very tough. The only really shocking thing is that he didn't put Kaylee Shimizu through to the live shows. As Barb said she has consistently been John's best singer. That was almost as bad a decision as Niall's decision not to take Alexa Wildish to the live shows when she had dominated all the rounds and was the standout of the entire competition. Kaylee was the only sure bet that John had going into the Live shows. I totally agree with John putting Lila Forde through. She was magnificent and it's hard to argue with his choice of Mac Royals as his 2nd singer, but Azan is nothing special and no match for Kaylee Shimizu, so John really blew it with his 3rd choice. Kaylee is so young and she's improving so much and will get even better. I hope that John's bad decision doesn't adversely affect Kaylee in her climb to the top.

I cannot believe the John did not put Kaylee through to the lives. She deserve to be there more than anyone else on his team. I am very disappointed, and I don’t think that much of him after this decision that he made.
