The wildlife on the island was never considered, "invasive", until all of this mass building started, and its irresponsible of the government to be doing so in an earthquake zone with limited infrastructure for peoples safety, take Sooke road for example. Summer drought, limited infrastructure, legal illicit drug program, push for more housing on an island that is in a major earthquake zone and now wildlife culls. Proving irresponsible government actions!

I agree that it’s the humans getting out of control.
Just look at the housing crisis.
The ignorant government push to cram as many people on the land as possible, and fast.
No more consultation, no plan for infrastructure like roads, sewer, water, the list goes on and on.
Forget about greenery, let alone old growth forest that have been here for centuries,. Why do we have the right to destroy them and the vast knowledge they hold forever.
We have a wolf cull right here in BC, helicopter tag, follow and kill the whole family.
Yes, I’m thinking it is us that needs the cull to save every species and the world as a whole.
The pandemic and the total shutdown of air travel proved how the world needs to heal, and even after solid proof we choose to decimate this planet.
We don’t deserve not to be culled

It's our species that needs a culling to bring our population down to sustainable numbers we invade everywhere and destroy everything in our path we should start by culling politicians and our political leaders
