Should people, on salary, be paid more in leap years?

    Really,,,,, there are far more important questions to ask , like why does our government squander so much money? So many more

    Most months have 30 or 31 days. Perhaps we should deduct a salary employee in Feb. Because there are only 28 days in the month normally. Why do we even entertain such nonsense?

    Makes no logical sense at all.
    If we are going to that kind of jugement, then please consider
    * deducting pay for bad behavior like stealing on the premises, filing fraudulent expenses, egregious behavior to others
    * not meeting agreed upon yearly business targets
    The list can go on but with our workplace laws today nothing but a slap on the wrist occurs.
