Seems to me there was legislation passed awhile ago mandating camera “s , I heard yesterday the city of Victoria can’t afford the cameras,,, maybe if they hadn’t squandered all that money on bike lanes, green bike, repairing homeless camps after they shut them down , and the 100’s of things they wasted taxpayers money on ,,, just saying
