If this was his plan than he should have set up a process for the parents to become legal FIRST. Then the spouse could have gone thru the same process with the children following. At least they'd be legal. All biden has done is given away citizenship to all of the family without a process of any kind. PLUS he's continued to keep the borders open and let millions more criminals in without a process or even vetting them to keep AMERICA'S CITIZENS SAFE! JANUARY 2025 CAN'T COME FAST ENOUGH!!

There is a process to legal citizenship, that should be followed! If you were brought over as a child, then seek the proper process. Don't give away citizenship when we have so many migrants that chose the proper and legal way. Everyone is welcome IF you come legally and stop breaking our laws!!!
If a US citizen marries an illegal or has her children they should all return to the spouses home country.

I think there should be a pathway if someone is married to an American citizen but the spouse is not a citizen not quite legally here and their children. When I say pathway doesn't mean boom you're a citizen but be able to process and apply for citizenship. But it also depend on when they got married do they come illegally then get married to you as citizen I can make a difference too.
