Do you support presidential immunity?

No President needs immunity. President Trump had the right to have the documents, no new documents were added to the stack he had after his term, so no secrets were at risk. It's a stupid suit to fabricate immunity for Obama and Biden. I'm not in favor of removing accountability for any official in any capacity.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander.Right now it only seems that Trump is the one that is getting persecuted.None of the others.I don't see any lawsuits against any of the other Presidents. If this is going to lift Trump from all this nonsense, because the others have already been lifted. Why shouldn't trump have the same treatment as all the others. Let's not be selective as the democrats are very selective. Otherwise Have lawsuits against them all.

I do want to see President Trump receive immunity but on the other hand it will allow all previous to receive immunity. Biden took documents for years knowing it was illegal but now that he is older and his memory is failing he gets off. If he can’t stand trial how the heck does he have the ability to make sound decisions for our country. In my opinion he shouldn’t be running our country ever. What the demon rats have done is illegal and the entire country knows it. Why do democrats always get off when charged with contempt of congress but republicans go to prison. Jan 6 was a complete setup against President Trump and republicans which evidence now proves.
Have you ever asked yourself why the immigration problem hasn’t be resolved, I think they wouldn’t have anything to run on at election time. Some may not agree but about 99% of our politicians are corrupt and take payoffs from Lobbyists. It’s also my understanding that lawyers are not to hold political office. Why do politicians go into office as normal (wealth) and come out billionaires. Why does the president have term limits and congress does not, that is their tool to keep control. The US was declared bankrupt in December 2019 but the media won’t report this fact (public record). DC is not part of the US just like several other territories. DC has their down government and is under the control of the Crown since the 1800. Other items such as why is congress allowed to give themselves a raise without our consent. They can serve one term and receive a lifetime retirement and health insurance benefits. There has been rampant voter fraud for decades, we vote and believe our vote counts but in reality they are chosen by the cabal elites and are nothing more than puppets for them. My concern is that there could be a civil war in our country and that’s exactly what they want.
Why did President Trump say in his inauguration speech that he is giving control back to the people. He has been fighting for this since day one. We don’t need bigger government we need smaller government and control back to the states. I believe that many things are going to change and for the better soon. In the end we the people will win as Joe is shot he just doesn’t realize it. One last item is that President Kennedy was setup to be taken out as they didn’t like what he was going to do and unfortunately 911 was not from terrorists but our own government.

Holder is just a nauseating dirty mouthpieces for the lying left.!I’m so disgusted & sick of these freaking liars. If Trump doesn’t get immunity then the rest of the ex presidents need to be charged. In fact Biden had records from when he was a senator which is against the law and needs to be prosecuted for that. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

What President Trump did, that is what presidential immunity should be used for, but what Biden is doing to this country that is totally something else. He needs to be tried for crimes and criminal acts for putting the America and American people in danger.

Hi DML, I don’t think it is advisable to give a President immunity as it sets up authority for other Presidents that have bad intentions. Sometimes we need to think about certain consequences before a ruling. It’s a tuff decision, but I really think providing immunity can be a big mistake. Wouldn’t the other side just love that?

Such a tricky question but in reality it shouldn't pertain to this case as not only did Trump have declassifying authority nobody else has even been tried.
When do the lawsuits get filed against Obama, Hillary, Biden, Pence and so on?

Immunity would exonerate Biden and his Cabinet.

Presidential immunity should be the same for every president. Not just who they like. There is impeachment for lawbreakers, but again it is only done if they want to get rid of you. Our justice system has been subverted.

They let Biden go with no consequences. He took documents unlawfully when he was senator and VP.. Trump was president and had every right to. If he is charged let's charge Bush, Clinton and Obama they kept documents too. Biden has betrayed our country. No doubt he let China, Russia, Ukraine see o u r secrets that is why our country is in this mess

I only approve presidential immunity if it is for Trump. The DemonRATS have been persecuting him since day one. He hasn’t done anything wrong.
