14 hour non continuous. on-duty/off-duty lines only and drop 60/7 and 70/8 day . To much work and not enough to get it done. Also this will ensure to get rid of the fat , stupid and lazy.

Drop 14 for rule,, drivers need to get back to flexible driving,, to much rushing to beat the clock now,, 14 hour clock has made driving unsafe for all on the roads, and unhealthy for drivers,, very few take the needed time to just set and eat healthy, always on the deli and fast food go go go go,, seems like much more overweight truckers now than 10 years ago..

Go back to the original rules…with the elog cheating should be way more difficult and the flexibility gains would be huge, I was way more rested prior to the 11/10 14 hr clock bullshit … you could stop and rest whenever you needed too and not be forced to run tired just to meet appointments. Plus with the old rules there was always someone leaving the truck stop at all hours thru the nights instead of the current nobody moves for 10 hours .

Drop the 14 hour rule. Body Clocks and Computer Clocks will never coincide and the driver’s health and well Being is Being put at Risk.
