Tenants who voted here have no idea of what landlords pay based on these numbers. Obviously the tenants want it affordable, but the owners would like that too id think. When the “establishment/government” hits the landlord, they are actually hitting the tenants but think they are wearing a mask. My post is pro tenant, but also pro owner….let’s make sure we direct our point to the correct place. Better leadership with fiscal responsibility will make things affordable for all
