I thought this was awful. I know none of us like change, but how they handled this I thought was horrible to bring in a new lead without telling the existing and then for Goodwin To say they would work it out. I can’t even imagine an employer thinking anything close to that would be OK.
We do need to suspend our disbewatching doctor shoes but come on, you can't fire a medical resident like that! Obviously there would be a process..
