Is it me or does it seem that it’s rare to get a human voice and almost always an automated series of prompts?

I have noticed the same and it’s extremely frustrating 62% (507 votes)
It seems like most places I call, I have a hard time actually speaking to human 29% (236 votes)
I have accepted that this is just how things are now and I’m used to it 5% (43 votes)
It’s gotten to the point where if I get an automated message I hang up 4% (29 votes)
Have not really noticed much of a change 1% (5 votes)
