Vance was very presidential and exuded confidence. I can definitely see him as Vance 2028!

I think JD did a wonderful job .. he kept his cool, he went off point if question to make a point but, he came back and answered the question.
I would have given him an A+ except I felt there were a few things he may have pressed harder on .. maybe, because Walz's ingorance, or downright lie, about his state's abortion bill is so easily debunked by a little research, Vance trusted us to do that!

He was a statesman. I think he wanted to make a point by bringing true civility back onto the debate stage and assure some voters and appeal to others that they can trust Trump-Vance to do that. He controlled the stage including the moderators by reminding them of their own rules and in spite of the fact most of the questions were framed to make Trump look bad. It was another 3 on 1 repeat performance. I think a lot of Democrats may vote the Trump-Vance ticket because of JD. Walz liked him, for sure.

Very disappointed over all. I don’t think Vance came across strong enough, he let things slip by that Walz should have been called out on. This wasn’t the time to click beers and play nice. I thought he was way too agreeable which only muddies the waters for those who are undecided. He was too much like Pence and we all know how that turned out :-/. Where was the fight and spirit? This is our country we are fighting for and sadly I just didn’t see that strong passionate determination in Vance. I was hoping for a better
outcome:-(

Overall he was good but I think he missed opportunities to bring up the assassination attempts and to question where the money will come from for their giveaways. He is articulate, and says things well and a good compliment to Trump’s personality.
I agree he should’ve pressed on the abortion issue whether or not they would abort at nine months. Also on the January 6 issue. I feel he should have mentioned the fact that Nancy Pelosi denied the National Guard. Along with the woman that got killed who was not armed and nothing happening to the killer. How can you have an insurrection without guns?

I agree with Gail R…missed the opportunity to bring some of Walz’s radical ideas to the forefront. There was a bit too much agreement between the two to make a more forceful impact, but overall he did a great job of driving home important points.

I wish He would have spoke more about Harris Waltz supporting transgender Ian and cutting off body parts of children and forcing it in schools
