MWF 10:00 Classes on other cultures should be required for every school.

MWF 10am. I believe that education in this country needs improved. I agree with Lu Hug that legislating manditory education of something that should already be included in a curriculum, is distrubing.

Again, I think this is one of those cases where the schools really SHOULD teach more about the issue, but I don't think the government should get involved. "He who is convinced against his will is of the same opinion still."

MWF 10:00 I wish that I had received more education about indians. The education system does a poor job in teaching us about our country's history.

How unfortunate that we have to think about passing legislation to educate people on any part of the history of their own country and culture.

MWF 9:00-- Indian history should definitely be taught in schools. Before taking this class, the only information about Indians that I had been introduced to was in 4th grade for just a couple of weeks. I wish I would have had more education about them. I think all schools should introduce Indian history at least at some level because it is information we all need to know.

Everyone should know both sides of every issue.

MWF 10 AM The lack of Indian educational classes is wrong. Indian history has shaped our country incredibly, and we need to spend more time educating Americans. U.S. history is taught, but it would not be around without Indians and their history.
