My mother was a southern cook and nothing can match her flaky pie crusts and not too sweet fruit fillings, but Bipartisan Cafe comes as close as I have found outside of my own pies, of course.

I’m a baker myself to Paris to take some pastry classes and Mary is the only Shop. I’ve eaten a decent pie, but unfortunately they’re pretty inconsistent.
