The pho broth is to die for - you can tell it’s been simmered for a long time due to the flavor. No hoisin sauce needed either. THOM IS THE BEST

If you are looking for healing of the soul in a bowl… go to Thom Portland and your senses will be awakened with love. There really is no comparison out there. I dare you to go find out for yourself.

People travel across the country for Thom’s pho. It’s truly incredible how much flavor is packed into both the beef and vegan broth. I will be very surprised if Thom isn’t recognized as the best pho in Portland bc it’s the best pho I’ve ever had.

Simply the best! Had the Pho Beet Noodle Soup and Fried Rice Chicken. The food, atmosphere and the way you’re treated like family puts Thom PDX above the rest.

Thom truly has the best pho broth in town. Their vegan pho is to-die for and is unmatched, which says a lot since I’m a big meat eater. What’s even better, the second you walk into Thom - your greeted with a mini market with all sorts of Asian products.

THOM is made with passion. The flavors are bold and recognizable. By far the best!! When I fly home to Portland, THOM is always at the top of the to do list or rather to eat list! With the small menu you’re not bombarded by 50 other dishes, you get the best of the best every time. Having a small menu also helps provide Quality ingredients. We know that the quality of ingredients can make or break a dish. High quality ingredients, perfect location and a rad owner. Makes for a few amazing dishes ;)

A perfect place to go to when the leave are turning yellow :) Highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a cure for a hangout or just craving a hot warm bowl of pho!
