How long is a just sentence for breaking a window, moving a podium, sitting at Pelosi’s desk w/your feet on it, walking through the Capital, standing on the steps of the Capital? Are these felonies worth years of imprisonment w/harsh & unjust treatment where if you need your meds, oh sorry…. you can’t bathe, cut your hair, wash it, groom yourself, stale food once a day, rats & roaches in your cells, no blankets, wet, damp & moldy cells, solitary confinement, no Bible, no visitors, no attorney no visitors & no sunlight???
Yes, there were people that were definitely overzealous & acted out in ways that should be punished by the law. Hurting people & property aren’t ok at all but prison for years, then home confinement or a halfway house & probation for years also. That is NOT blind justice!
No, pardon them ALL. They have paid more than what some were guilty of by losing their lives, property, occupation/ businesses, family & reputation. What is left to destroy someone?
I really hope & pray those responsible for these heinous atrocities towards Trump supporters are held accountable for what they did to these people.

Yes, these prisoners were subjected to unspeakable abuse and unjust sentencing. Even the ones who broke windows or caused other damage should also be pardoned. They have paid their dues and more. If this was a fair sentencing this would be different, but this was a biased group of Democrats charging these Republican defendants. Totally political against Trump and his followers. Everyone should be pardoned.

Yes, unless they were instigators of violence or damage, meaning they broke windows and damaged items inside the Capitol, or were first to strike at someone or encouraged someone else, like Ray Epps, although I don't think they put him in prison since he is an FBI agent or paid instigator.

Yes with a caveat. Only the non violent ones that didn't destroy property.
