I have lived "off & on" in Miami-Dade County, FL since my parents relocated here in 1949. We never had a/c in any of our homes nor in any classrooms throughout my 12 years in public schools. There was always a continuous ocean breeze wafting through my neighborhood. Homestead was known for its winter vegetable crops and year-round fruits. Now, almost every square foot is covered with shopping centers, parking lots, single-family homes and multi-storied buildings that are all surrounded by heat-producing asphalt roadways and 24/7 a/c usage that entails more outside heat production. And traffic is a bumper-to-bumper nightmare. What once took maybe 7-10 minutes to arrive now takes 20-25 minutes. Hundreds of asphalted and concreted acres, along with thousands of vehicles, produce an enormous amount of continuous heat. So, I vote an emphatic "YES" to mankind being responsible for climate change.

We all know of the Island affect where cities are 5-10 % warmer then suburbs. Population growth and hence cities size and number of them grows with in. Globally of planet will get warmer but in laws nature it adapts positively and negatively. Determining what affects pop growth does to global weather and temp is an extremely complex and probably has not changed that much due to it. there are less people dying from weather related then in the distant past. I think we should focus on healthier foods and better methods of farming and controlling pollution than all these green ides that do just about nothing to global temps or weather. I am for electric in many ways using tools, etc and some short drive commuting cars if they become affordable. Battery technology must advance much more to become wide use. Government is not the solution but private expansion with creating a profit for these technologies.

I believe it’s affected by humans only in a minor way. These awful fires in Los Angeles are mostly attributed to the utter lack of irresponsible governing decisions by the democratic run policies. That’s one of the reason I relocated to Utah from California after retirement. My son is also a firefighter and I pray for their safety while fighting these fires with such a tremendous deficit in resources.

I think it does to some degree but it's very miniscule.

The earth's climate changes whether it's warming or cooling. I seem to remember a few years ago scientists were predicting an ice age...we were all going to freeze to death. Heavenly Father is in control, and everything happens according to His plan.

The climate is certainly affected by everything that occurs. To say that man has been responsible for everything that occurs is a ridiculous statement pushed by globalists who hate God is some cases and do not believe there is a God in other cases. It is a warped nihilistic view.
I dont believe in climate change. Its weather. And it changes. Sometimes its harsh them mild.

Climate change did not cause these fires! As the mother of a Chicago firefighter I pray for those fighting these fires and I sincerely hope Bass and Newsome are held accountable and punished to the extent the law allows! This is a travesty! Not being able to get water from hydrants is catastrophic with horrible consequences! Newsome should have to look all those that lost loved ones in the eye and tell them he did this! Same for Bass and her cutting budget!!!

I remember Shirley McClain making a claim I'm in control. Well she was not God is. Are there those who play God and try to manipulate the weather, YES! But, is not causing the climate to change. Our Lord Jesus is in control.

This has been a huge hoax for decades! I’m a professional geologist and have spent my career preventing and cleaning up water pollution. Protecting and cleaning up our environment is NOT the same as fake climate change “issues”.
Yes, the earth’s climate has always been changing and always will! The earth has its own cleaning system which works quite well! We should be good stewards of our environments, but this man-made “climate change” nonsense is only a control and moneymaking scheme!

Stop removing the forests and that in itself would cut back on a lot of the so called climate change

I think chopping down trees and building concrete jungles does raise the ground temperature, but I think God is in control, not humans.
