The story will jump FAR ahead showing Lord Luthanda walking through his estate grounds with several of his heirs, the oldest of which is a daughter who has just come of age. She’ll end up alone with her father and cautiously ask about their mother. Lord Luthanda will patiently tell her, “I’m willing to dote on you endlessly, but you know the rule. None of you are to ask about your mother, and should you ever find out the truth you’ll be disowned.” We’ll then see her following him in secret to a farm he owns outside of town. There she’ll spy on him entering a special barn and too her horror find him fucking a Vulpenite woman who seems to have the mind of a cow.
